• Change to the Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by placing a prominent notice on the Website and in the WebLink Host Application. Where required under applicable law, we will obtain your consent to such changes, otherwise, your continued use of our services after any such updates take effect will constitute acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any updates to this Privacy Policy, you should stop using our services. 

• The following sentence is added to section 2 (Personal Data We Collect About You): 

Provision of your personal data is mandatory. If you do not provide us your personal data, Abalta will not be able to provide the WebLink® services to you.  

• Section 9 (Children) is amended as follows: 

9. Children

Neither WebLink® services nor our Website is intended for children under 18 years of age. We will not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children under 18, except as permitted under applicable law. In the event personal data of minors is provided to us, you, as their parent or legal guardian hereby consent to the processing of the minor's personal data and personally accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and take responsibility for his or her actions. 

• Language of this Privacy Policy  

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and Malay version of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.
