WebLink Privacy Notice for Indonesia Residents

If you are an Indonesia resident, the following will apply:
- Change to the Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by placing a prominent notice on the Website and in the WebLink Host Application. Where required under applicable law, we will obtain your consent to such changes, otherwise, your continued use of our services after any such updates take effect will constitute acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any updates to this Privacy Policy, you should stop using our services.
- Rights under the Indonesia Personal Data Protection Laws. Reference is made to the prevailing laws and regulations on privacy/personal data protection applicable in the Republic of Indonesia, which include similar rights as set out under section 11 (Your Rights and Choices), including the right to object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party).
- International Transfers. To the extent applicable, we will have notified the relevant authorities, including, if required by applicable Indonesia privacy and data protection laws, obtained your consent before such a transfer.

- Right to lodge a complaint with the Indonesian data protection authority. You have a right to lodge a complaint related to your privacy/personal data protection with the relevant Indonesian authority including the Indonesia data protection agency (once formed) and/or (in the meantime) the Directorate General for Informatics Application (Direktorat Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika or commonly abbreviated as DITJEN APTIKA) within the Ministry of Communications and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia at https://komin.fo/formaduanPDP
- Language Law. The Privacy Policy, including this Privacy Notice, is made both in the Indonesian language and the English language to be in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 24 of 2009 on the National Flag, Language, Emblem, and State Anthem, the Presidential Regulation No 63 of 2019 on the Use of Indonesian Language, as well as the relevant Indonesian personal data protection laws. Both texts are equally original. In the event of any inconsistency or different interpretation between the Indonesian text and the English text, the English text shall, except to the extent expressly prohibited under mandatory prevailing law, solely prevail and the relevant Indonesian text shall be deemed to be automatically amended (with effect from the effective date of this Privacy Policy) to conform with and to make the relevant Indonesian text consistent with the English text. No party will (nor will it allow or assist any party to) challenge the validity of, or raise or file any objection to, the Privacy Policy or the acts contemplated herein in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction on the basis of any failure to comply with the Indonesian language law or any of its implementing regulations.
